Dear Leigh

We wish to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude for presenting at our recent weekend conference at the Vines Resort... your participation as Dr Moorehouse was a scream and had the team really fooled. What a surprise it was when the real you was revealed! We are pleased to advise that we had a record sales month in our first month of operation.... your contribution no doubt renewed our motivation and reminded us how important it is to practice and continually implement the R's. We certainly hit the ground running!! We look forward to having you join us again at sometime in the near future and have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone looking to invigorate, motivate and energise their staff to improve their overall results. Thank you! Kind regards

--- Amy Conti. Director. Time Conti . Real Estate Excellence

Hi Leigh What an outstanding success your presentation was last Friday. I have completed the brief evaluation of the event and have taken the opportunity to attach the results from the feedback sheet. The response to your presentation tended to hit the spot and in some words attached to the rating it was described as exceptional, outstanding and interesting. You rated either 4 or 5 (out of 5) on each evaluation. So I guess from that you can be assured that it was very successful. Well this is a just a quick note and I would like to in due course catch up with you to discuss any other issues where we may be able to mutually assist each other. With kind regards Bruce

Dear Leigh, A quick note to say thank you for doing such a wonderful job at the ATHOC conference for us. Des Wells called this morning and his feedback and general feedback from the delegates was that you were nothing short of brilliant. I’ve asked Des if he would mail us a letter by way of testimonial which I’ll forward on to you. It’s a pleasure to work with you – if all speakers had your “ let’s just get on and do it “ work ethic I’d have fewer grey hairs. Once again thank you- I really appreciate your efforts.

Kind regards --- Susanne McClelland Senior Consultant Saxton Speakers Bureau PO Box 1295 Camberwell VIC 3124. Ph: 61 3 9811 3517 Fax: 61 3 9813 2366

'Leigh Thank you so much for your fabulous contribution to our Teams Conference at Kurri last Friday. As usual, your energy and knowledge were invaluable to the success of the day. Written feedback from participants included the following comments: Built on Vet Managers of the future (thanks!) Well targeted - good outcomes to implement. Great to get ideas on promoting TAFE and improving our performance. A new perspective, entertaining and productive. Interesting, enjoyable (lots of these). Again a valuable look at practical applications of good business principles. Lots of informed discussion. Good session. Great brainstorming. Needed more time to discuss how to motivate the last 20%. Great content. Wanted it to be longer. Important. Great facilitator. Value. Great information and facilitation. Good fun but gaining knowledge at the same time. Found Leigh very amusing with a good message. Thank you also Mark Moorehouse. Below are feedback comments for him: Outrageous and invigorating. Excellent (lots of them) and funny. Created a fun atmosphere. Excellent introduction 'Professor'. Created warm atmosphere - need an aerobic activity to warm up. Energising, great ice breaker. As usual, you provided a truly memorable experience for all participants. Regards

'..the whole day was great. I couldn't stop the discussion in the car on the way home - thank goodness it took about an hour to get back otherwise we would have been sitting in the car park still talking. I think that the combination of exciting ideas, having the chance to have an input, giving their own thoughts and just the general atmosphere in that room inspired our staff. They talked about it for most of the next week with someone or other in our team!!!'

--- Business Manager. Centrelink. NSW. Australia.

'Without doubt whatsoever, the recent Bali conference far exceeded both the management and participant expectations and this really is the measure of its success, bearing in mind the expectations were extremely high at the outset... without doubt your attendance at our next conference will be compulsory'

--- Alan Bishop, Managing Director of EBM Insurance Brokers

'Thank you for the two day Project Management training you just completed for the Art Gallery of Western Australia. Our teams are still buzzing from the energy and ideas generated over the two-day process... ...the two day course facilitated a major leap forward in the development of a project management culture at the Art Gallery.. ..I have never had so many people take the time to tell me how much they enjoyed the course, how relevant it was and how much the Gallery will benefit from implementing effective project management. Thank you Leigh, and we look forward to working with you in the future.'

--- Cathy Roads, Facilitator, Organisational Development.Art Gallery of Western Australia

'Thank you for the extremely successful round of Innovation Workshops you conducted for our business teams in October. We now have the missing link - the project management knowledge, and we're certainly on our way to becoming what we now know to be 'empowered entrepreneurs'. The energy generated throughout the day was contagious.'

'One Business Manager described the mood of one of the workshops perfectly. "The energy created was amazing. It was like a constant hummmmmm of ideas - it was wonderful while I think we knew the potential was there in the group, it just needed to be given the right opportunity for release! Leigh Farnell facilitated this opportunity exceptionally well"

--- Colleen Wright, Manager, Families Assistance Office. Area South Metropolitan, Centrelink

'Great to hear from you. Can't tell you what a drongo I feel like - it wasn't until I briefly perused your website that the penny finally dropped that you were also Mark Moorehouse. Well maybe I shouldnt classify myself as a drongo and instead compliment you on your brilliant portrayal of a Harvard graduate traveling the world - it was honestly a work of art!'

--- Tonya Batalin, Leewin Ocean Adventure

'That was the most inspirational presentation I have ever attended.." ' He was really funny and what he had to say made so much sense.."

--- Delegates. Horseland. Committed to Growth Conference.

'Your endless energy and enthusiasm proved to be contagious and I would defy anyone to leave one of your presentations without a smile on their face and being highly motivated. I believe that our people left the day as a team as was our goal.'

--- Aimi Holmes - Horseland Head Office..

' The Doctor Mark Moorehouse performance was nothing short of hysterical. As people left with tears rolling down their faces their jaws were aching. We were laughing and learning at the same time. Moorehouse was in a league of his own. It was unanimous, one thousand out of ten.'

--- Mark Stephens. Executive Samurai. NSW.

'In an uncertain world, one thing I am always confident of - when Farnell is finished, our people will feel great, will be part of a powerful team spirit, will know we're on the way to sustainable growth and will have a smile on their faces.'
